Not So Wild

Not So Wild documents foraged foods in and around Delhi.

Many plants that once appeared regularly in kitchens are now forgotten or dismissed.

 

Through field observation and conversations with people who still recognise these plants, fragments of ecological knowledge are recorded before they disappear.
